The design of intelligent nodes for associate control system of BLDCM based on CAN bus,as an emphasises researched in this paper.Based on SIMULINK and POWER SYSTEM,nonliner dynamic simulation model of BLDCM is built.The model comprises of main circuit subsystem,motor subsystem and drive circuit subsystem.In this way,a better base for the total design and optimum of BLDCM is prepared.Based on nonliner dynamic simulation model of BLDCM.simulation model of speed and double close loops of current are built in adjusting speed system for BLDCM.Through simulation the performance of BLDCM is researched,in the way PI adjustors of speed and current adopted,fuzzy control used in speed loop and PI adjustor used in current loop,which prepares theory base for controller design of high quality BLDCM.Based on the theory analysis and simulation research,hardware and software of intelligent nodes are designed.The design includes the interface between PC and CAN,CAN controller,the interface of CAN controller and the controller for BLDCM.The research helps to boost the product development of intelligent controllers and the technology for associate control system based on multiple BLDCM.These have positive sense for the technology of CAN bus and intelligent control utilized in BLDCM.
