Combined heat and power was recognized for the generally accepted energy saving technology, it can also produce the necessary electricity and heat, and save energy effectively, and improving environmental quality,and making the energy efficiency greatly improved. Therefore,every country actively promote and adopted this technology of cogeneration.But combined heat and power is not always being reasonable in any case that need electricity and heat. Whether or not choose combined heat and power need to consider both the technologic and economic feasibilities,The combined heat and power plant of with heat to determine electricity have certain scope of use and condition.The pape taking the Harbin area in the north as the example,To analyse the energy consumption and economical efficiency of Combined heat and power and separate generation of heat and power under the same heating load.The following results have been researched.First, this pape analyze the characteristic of presently used plant in thermal power plant, and puts forward the method and the step that choose right scheme according to thermal load and the characteristic of plant, discuss the main economic indicators of combined heat and power, according to the size of the thermal load and thermalization coefficient determine The project of CHP and separate generation of heat and power,making energy consumption model and give energy consumption analysis. The load of 145MW is the threshold values to draw judgments on whether CHP is energy-saving.Secondly,the energy consumption analysis is a part of the heating project feasibility analysis, consider of the technical and economic conditions, this pape research the economic analysis of the thermal power plant and district boiler house, using the dynamic annual computation cost method, with the characteristic of central heating engineering, established the mathematical model of the technical and economic analysis. This mathematical model considering the initial investment and operation cost in two aspects, comprehensively reflect the efficiency of the whole project.Finally, the topic using the language of c++ Builder and program a software about the economic analysis of thermal power plant and district boiler house, solve the problem of large amount of calculation and repetitive work in the economic analysis. By means of calculate with the program mentioned in this paper,We get such a conclusion,the maximum load of 116MW is the threshold values to draw judgments on whether CHP is economically efficient. At the same time,studied sensitivity analysis of objective function to investment of capital asserts and fuel expense.The conclusion of this thesis can offer some useful help to the similar objection and develop the content of combined heat and power of our country.
