With more and more attention paid by the state to the prevention and control of air pollution,Beijing is also increasing its efforts to prevent and control air pollution,and actively taking measures to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of air pollution and improve the quality of ambient air.While replacing the existing coal-fired heating boiler room with gas-fired heating boiler room in Beijing,the new heating heat source is also mainly fueled by gas,supplemented by electricity.Therefore,the study on the heating scheme of gas boiler room is of great significance to the practical work.First of all,through investigation and interview,this paper collects the energy station conditions and the actual operation data of heating season of several actual projects in Beijing.Based on this,the existing problems and the causes for the problems during the design and operation of boiler room,end-users and transmission were analyzed,and the suggestions for improving from the aspects of planning,design and operation management for the heating source of gas-fired boiler were puted forward.Based on this,taking a residential district in Beijing as a typical project,three different heat source and transmission and distribution pipe network schemes of gas-fired hot water boiler room were designed,they are: centralized boiler room scheme,decentralized boiler room scheme,centralized boiler room plus decentralized heat exchange station scheme.Based on the statistics of hourly thermal load of end users,the corresponding heat source operation strategies of different thermal load stages in heating season are formulated for three kinds of heat sources and transmission and distribution pipe network schemes(the operation strategy involves the number of boilers,pumps,heat exchangers and secondary pumps),the energy consumption of circulating water pump and heat transfer loss of transmission and distribution pipe network of the three schemes in the whole heating season are calculated,and draw the following conclusion: the energy consumption of circulating water pump and heat transfer loss of transmission and distribution pipe network are the largest in the scheme of centralized boiler room plus decentralized heat exchange station,the less in the scheme of centralized boiler room,the minimum in the scheme of decentralized boiler room.For the above three different schemes,the economy of the three schemes is compared and analyzed through the dynamic annual cost calculation method,and draw the following conclusion: the dynamic annual cost is the largest in the scheme of centralized boiler room plus decentralized heat exchange station,the less in the scheme of centralized boiler room,the minimum in the scheme of decentralized boiler room.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the scheme design of heating source of gas boiler house in Beijing. |
