In recent years, with more and more mass bridges being build up, the controlling problem of mass concrete hydration continues to increasingly attract our attention. Though the problem of massive concrete hydration has been more thorough research in the concrete dam designing and construction processing, For the application of mass concrete in bridge engineering, It's necessary to make a specific analysis of the effect instance that caused by lots of factors affecting the temperature field, concreting with the technical characteristics of bridge engineering. Based on Liaohe super-large bridge at Liaoning coastal highway, this paper complete the simulation of the temperature field and temperature stress field , and then, make a numerical analysis of the effect instance that caused by lots of factors affecting the temperature field in the pouring and curing process.The main content of this paper are as follows:First, the basic theories of the finite element method are introduced in temperature field. It contains the heat conduction differential controls equation, the initial condition and border temperature condition of heat-conduction equation, variational method, and the theories of the finite element method of solving the extreme value question.Second, by using the basic principle of heat conduction, based on Liaohe super-large bridge at Liaoning coastal highway,this paper make a numerical analysis of the effect instance that caused by lots of factors affecting the temperature field in the pouring and curing process. It contains the factors affecting the temperature field such as pouring thickness, pouring temperature, pouring interval, the first stage artificial cooling method, curing method and so on.Third, based on the technical characteristics of Liaohe super-large bridge 38# pile cap at Liaoning coastal highway, I put forward the optimal temperature-control scheme, and use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to complete the simulation of the temperature field and temperature stress field.Besides, though by the analysis and calculation of the hydration heart temperature field and stress field, some available conclusions are summarized. According to the analysis of the paper, it brings forward the precautionary measure to the crack of the mass concrete combining to the research production of domestic and foreign countries.
