With the increase of China's high-rise buildings, foundation slab of mass concrete structure in the modern widely used in construction projects of Civil Engineering, which performance and construction engineering technology research has become one of the focus points. This paper is begin with the actual project, and analysising the complex temperature field to the hydration heat in the early stage of concrete pouring and curing, the resulting thermal stress easily lead to on-load structure cracking, the threat of bearing capacity and safe life can not be ignored.Argument began with the temperature field formed the hydration heat in the age of 28 days and Related calculations, combined with engineering practice, used of ANSYS finite element software, made a thermal analysis to the mass concrete temperature field of the raft foundation of the high-rise building, calculated the temperature distribution that initial simulation based on a raft in the age of 28 days, used calculation method in order to predict the temperature field, provided the stage results For the realization of temperature-induced cracking trend assessment and the development of scientific construction technology of the cooling goals. And did a preliminary study to ascertain the basic parameters and boundary conditions of finite element analysis, analysised the impact to the temperature field which from the hydration heat coefficient m, the thermal conductivity of concrete, specific heat and so on. Through the comparison with the measured data to determine the foundation of high-level Building mass concrete is more appropriate for each parameter range.In the Trial period, arranged the program to the temperature sensor, made the temperature sensors and temperature detection system, an important role has been played to the completion of temperature monitoring at the scene, and it has a development of broader value. The law of the rich Temperature data obtained at the scene has played a good role to guide the circulating water cooling and to optimize the pouring process.Finally, finishing studied the measured data and Analog data, analysised the influencing factors to the temperature field of concrete, at the same time put forward to the further work and recommendations.
