With the rapid development of bridge construction in China, increasing the scale of bridge construction of mass concrete structure, is applied more and more widely in bridge engineering. Resulting heat temperature control problem of mass concrete has become more and more important, mass concrete due to the huge volume,difficult heat dissipation, in pouring completed within few days after its internal temperature increases very rapidly, the concrete itself form a larger temperature difference. Because of the low tensile strength of concrete is easy to crack problems, thus affecting the integrity of structure, waterproof and durability. Therefore, the temperature control for mass concrete construction is very important.This paper introduces the formation mechanism of hydration heat of cement and its influence on the present situation, significance and the domestic and foreign research of mass concrete hydration heat of hydration heat, calculation of thermal properties of concrete and cement hydration heat, the heat conduction equation, boundary conditions, and the transient temperature field finite element calculation principle.At the same time, combining with the engineering practice of 3# pile cap of main bridge of Fuzhou Langqi Minjiang bridge temperature control of mass concrete, the study analyzed the practical effect of temperature control measures adopted in variation and project of mass concrete temperature field and temperature stress.Through the simulation of Fuzhou Langqi Minjiang bridge of mass pile cap calculation and construction monitoring data analysis, from the mix of proportion of concrete,the double-doped technology, control of pouring temperature, cooling water pipe layout, stratified pouring, vibration and maintenance and so on several aspects of the research of mass concrete temperature field, summed up the the change of mass concrete, discusses the practical effect of technical measures to control the temperature of the commonly used in construction, Put forward the control measures and suggestions for construction of mass concrete hydration heat temperature rise.
