Gauge for the power market an integral part of an important network of modern management techniques. To enhance the application level of the power market, the domestic network, the provincial power companies have put into operation in the electricity metering system. But the existing electricity metering system features, while more comprehensive, but less intelligent means, most rely on manual intervention, maintenance of large and low efficiency.Electricity metering system accuracy, completeness, time requirements are very strict, to solve this problem, this paper presents data from intelligent electricity metering system debugging method and the concept of life-cycle meter reference. The realization of these two methods, the power behind the original measurement system function raised to a level, from simple statistical functions and power collection upgraded with smart integrated statistical analysis functions of intelligent electricity metering management system.
