With the society and economy development, the wind power has grows on the explosive type in the recent 10 years, and wind power is becoming the delegate for the new energy and green energy. The accidents are becoming more and more of the wind turbine in and out country. Form bearing wear and tear,gear break,shaft eccentricity to the wind turbine burning,blade fall off, tower collapse are bothering owner of the wind power and threatening the society. For the above all, the wind power fault detection and security operation are becoming the important theme of the research.The paper introduces the main faults of the wind turbine, and it introduces the reason and influence of the faults. Then it tells some fault detection methods. It used the methods to make an ideal diagnosis system for the wind turbine. It also gives a viable system, which use vibration signals, electricity signals and temperature signals. Also the paper depicts the system function and hardware, software and date-base. The system is better than the presence system which only used vibration signal, because the new system use few sensors, and cheaper, also can detection more faults. Finally, it builds a table for lab, and run the lab table success on the fault diagnosis system. The table got the electricity signal and deal with the signal. The table is base for the future research.The special is that introduce many wind turbine faults in the title. The paper introduces many fault diagnosis techniques for wind turbine. It gives the method that combine the vibration signals electrical signals and temperature signal to diagnosis the wind turbine. It gives the function of the system. It builds the table for the diagnosis system. All of this is useful for the future research.
