Automotive vehicles as more and more electrical equipment, which requires board-owned power system can work for a variety of outdoor power equipment, and internal self-power diesel generators, high voltage generator excitation system, power converter control and drive circuit DC power supply are required. To achieve an independent self-power start-up and continuous operation, as well as other outdoor equipment, power supply, independent of its internal DC power supply system is necessary.In this paper, on the self-power 24V DC-DC converter supply system design study, a brief introduction of the type of DC-DC converter in the converter in the birth of the development of new technologies, as well as the development trend of converters; analysis and compare three types of circuit topology, non-controlled rectifier and synchronous rectification technology characteristics and uses phase-shift full-bridge PWM inverter circuit and double half-wave synchronous rectification circuit of the main circuit topology; of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS-PWM inverter of the work process the analysis and the work of the main circuit in accordance with principles and a given input and output parameters, the main circuit parameters of the analysis, such as the regulation of the scope of the duty cycle D, DC output side of filter inductance and capacitance values, as well as the smallest value of load resistance R and so on; for the DC system is designed to transform DSP2407 as the core hardware of the control system schematic diagram, an analysis of phase-shifting DSP2407 generation principle of PWM waveform.Finally, the use of Simulink simulation software for the phase-shifted full-bridge DC-AC-DC converter main circuit and closed-loop control system simulation software, the system has made amendments to circuit parameters. The simulation results show that phase-shifted full-bridge DC-AC-DC conversion structure levels can be realized transform 24V DC circuit performance.
