The Design Of 220kV Tianjin South Traction Substation For Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

The Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway is the main framework of china's rapid transportation network from north to south. Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway starts from Beijing South Railway Station and stops at Shanghai Hongqiao Station, The line went through Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shanghai. The total length of this railway is 1318km. Acrossing the board, 27 traction substations are set up, of which there are three set up in Tianjin: Tianjin south traction substation, Douzhangzhuang traction substation, Tangguantun traction substation.According to the relevant provisions of State Grid Corporation of China and Tianjin Electric Power Company, This paper designs the Tianjin south traction substation, including the following details: the primary system of substation, the secondary system of substation, the selection of transmission line, etc.This paper introduces the development background of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and describes the railway traction substation in detail. For 220kV Tianjin south traction substation, following contents are described in this paper: selecting the main transformer of this substation; determining the main electrical connection scheme; checking the main electrical connection scheme through the power flow calculation, short circuit calculations and stability calculation; designing the relay protection system of transmission line, automation of substation dispatching systems and communication system; selecting the transmission path, including two lines, one from Xing zhuangzi to Tianjin south, the other from Huayuan to Tianjin south; determining the transmission program: mixed overhead line and cable line; selecting the conductor, laying method both for overhead line and cable line.The design of this paper provides construction plan and manufacture bases for 220kV Tianjin south traction substation project.
