Research On Kangbashi Low And Medium Voltage Distribution Network Planning Project

As the rapid speed of development of the civilization and industries in our country,it is more critical for the quality of urban electrical load, along with the total demand electricity mounting day by day.However,as the result of lack of the necessary construction ,there are several crucial problems,which become more and more prominent,such as most of the equipment in the city electical net are old , power supply capacity are short,the structure of the electricity net are unreasonable and the realiability of the power supplying are worse etc.All above would put a bad impact on the development of our economics and the quality of citizen's life.Consequently,the reconstruction of the city distribution must be on the schedule .The plan of the electricity net is an unavoidable and important parts in district ecomomics and sociaty.Meanwhile,only based on the delicated play,could the electrical enterprises be more successful.To meet the higher requirement ,the net must be safe and economical.In order to ensure higher quality,we should desigh more practical methods.Kangbashi,which lies in the core area of Ordos,are becoming the platform of fund input and output flow,human resource flow and the logistics.By the end of 2015,the GDP in Kangbashi area will reach 146 billion yuan.With the new kangbashi's economics developing,the requirement for grid power supply speeds up.Continuously improvinging the low voltage distribution network can't be overemphsized.This paper is base on the case of Kangbashi low and medium voltage distribution network planning project.Firstly, the paper introduces and analysises the current situation of Kangbashi and its low and medium voltage distribution network.Secondly, the paper predicts the power load of low and medium voltage distribution network planning scientificly by load density index method.Thirdly,it analysises and research the construction goal,the technical principles and condition of power balance,then it put forward low and medium voltage distribution network planning project. Finally, it makes a detailed evaluation of this project on technical benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.
