Distribution network planning scientifically and rationally is the premise to ensure the security and reliability of power supply distribution network.Distribution network planning comprehensive benefit evaluation to guide the planning decision-making,rational use of resources and optimize the structure of distribution network,is an important basis for selection of distribution network planning.Therefore,transformation planning and scientific and reasonable evaluation on the distribution network the most important task in power system.Firstly,regional power supply situation of Mancheng region,the economic and social development,the status of the distribution network,the distribution network Mancheng region summed up the current problems;secondly analysis of Mancheng area load characteristics and load growth trend of load and electricity consumption forecast;And then determine the criteria for distribution network planning,analyzes the status of Mancheng region distribution network and related problems based on the planning of the distribution network in Mancheng region;According to the features of distribution network,considering the factors influencing the economic benefit of the comprehensive index of distribution network,establishes the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit distribution network planning,using the interval analysis(IAHP)method to calculate the weight level comprehensive benefit index,solve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process complexity and impact.Through comprehensive benefit of Mancheng region distribution network planning scheme evaluation,the results show that the established evaluation model to evaluate the analysis of distribution network planning Mancheng region accurately.
