Distribution network throughout the power system plays a very important role, by means of which the intermediate link power to the user, while ensuring that the power supply capacity and quality of power supply system to the user. Especially with the continuous economic and social development, urban demand for electricity is growing, becoming more demanding, therefore, rational planning of urban power grid in order to promote healthy urban economic and social development.Based on the meaning of the network planning, research status, combining Zunhua City in the high-voltage grid to run the status quo, this article mainly discussed the high-voltage power grid construction in the Present in Zunhua, on this basis, to Zunhua City power load forecasting qualitative and quantitative analysis, at the same time, combined with the principle of network planning techniques presented in Zunhua high voltage distribution network planning programs, and thus to assess the program's effectiveness analysis, the main research work of this thesis.First, using a variety of load forecasting method, Zunhua City District electric power load forecasting, optimum load forecasting results.Second, analysis of distribution network planning technical guidelines. According voltage distribution network building objectives and coordination at all levels of the law, the analysis of high voltage power grid planning principles for Zunhua City high-voltage distribution network planning in developing technological foundation.Third, it elaborated Zunhua urban distribution network planning programs to Zunhua power load forecasting and power balance analysis based on distribution network planning based on technical guidelines and the specific circumstances in Zunhua City high-voltage grid, put forward specific embodiment, the high voltage power grid planning.Fourth, describe two distribution network reliability evaluation algorithm, the network equivalent of algorithms and Bayesian network inference algorithms. Further to the Zunhua City distribution network reliability were assessed and analyzed, and the improvement measures to improve the reliability of the analysis results.Fifth, Zunhua City high-voltage distribution network planning effectiveness analysis, to further enhance the safety and reliability of the high-voltage grid in Zunhua.
