This paper is in the context of the military "not only to protect the fighting integrity of missile weapons, but also consider the economy" needs.The missile weapons are taked as research objects. By studying environmental and human factors of the missile storage and synthetically applying the missile storage reliability technique, cost structure is detailedly analysed and cost is estimated.The three indicators that are availability, cost-effective and economic life of missile can be deeply discussed. The corresponding models are established to provide decision for the use, retirement, life extension and update of missile weapons. To meet the operational requirements for forces and do preparations for military struggle against Taiwan independence, it has very important military significance.Details are as follows:1. Taked into depth analysis of the missile use and the extension technology during the service life, the missile cost structure that can fully cover the entire cost and have level of clarity and ease of analysis is established, and the three models of cost estimation on the analogy and parametric are set up.2. Based on the features of the natural environment factors of storage and the human factors of maintenance, storage reliability model for restoration of degraded can be builded under the conditions of the regular checkings and repairations in the missile weapons storage service.3. According to features of missile storage and maintenance, the missile availability transient and steady-state models are founded on the comprehensive application of the missile storage reliability technology to analyze the main factors of the missile availability and the variation of time.4. In consideration of the main indicators of cost and effectiveness(checking reliability and reparation availability), the missile cost-effectiveness evaluation model can be established.5. Using cost structural analysis, cost estimation model and dynamic programming to establish integrated assessment methods for the economic life of missiles.6. A typical missile application is taked as a validation object to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of these methods.In summary, The analysis techniques and evaluation methods that have general reference significance on the missile storage and life extension can come into being to provide assistance decision aeqis for the management of the army's missile storage and life extension project.
