As the national important deterrent, strategic missile have few opportunities to be put into use. Therefore storage is an important part of strategic missile’s life cycle. Safety and reliability are the preconditions and key factors of strategic missile storage. It is important to model system accurately to keep safety and reliability in strategic missile storage stage, and establish the formal rules and regulations for storage.This paper aims at the safety and reliability which are key factors of strategic missile storage. Firstly, the fundamental knowledge and relative parameters are introduced. Secondly, based on the analysis of risk factors for a full investigation of strategic missile accidents, according to the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics, a safety evaluation model based on fuzzy AHP is set up. Then, the reliability logic diagram method for system reliability analysis is employed to solve the strategic missile storage reliability spare rate problem. A spare rate assessment model of strategic missile storage is set up, of which the spare rate indicators are obtained. Finally, by an example of application, safety and spare parts reliability of strategic missile storage are validated and calculated. Aiming the problem of the strategic missile explosives storage, an accident risk management fuzzy judgment matrix is constructed, the explosive safety evaluation system model is established, and the weight of each relevant factor is determined, thus the grading of explosives safety management risk assessment is realized. At the same time, the influence of the spare parts on the model of strategic missile control system is analyzed, the calculation of spare parts storage reliability is completed, and the calculation result was analyzed.
