| High-speed railway has the characteristics of high speed, high comfort, high security, high density continuous work, so that trains need more powerful bridge. In order to achieve the above requirements and orientation the line of high-speed railway, its bridge construction must be enough intensity, stability, rigidty and endurance, besides keeping the smooth status of the road. Therefore, in Medium-Span or long span bridges, it usually uses prestressed continuous beam bridge. In this kind of bridge construction technology, the most mature technology is using cantilever casting method. The adoption of this method must make it experience one long and complicated construction process, even structure system transformation process. In this process, how to make sure smooth line, beauty and safety, how to make sure its fold successfully, the only way is monitoring the whole processes of bridge construction.This paper summarizes about the structure analysis method of skew beam bridge at home and abroad. Based on this theory, combining JingHu high-speed railway across the Qinhuai New River construction control project, and according to the bridge construction plan, the bridge final goal line is determined by forward analysis and calculation. What's more, it uses regressive analysis method to make sure bridge middle ideal value at each construction stage, and according to its characteristics and main tasks of high-speed railway prestressed concrete skew continuous girder bridge construction control, this paper performs some researches and explorations on high-speed railway ballastless track prestressed concrete skew continuous girder bridge construction control technology, and puts forward a corresponding construction control scheme.In the process of bridge control research, the finite element simulation analysis model of whole bridge construction is set up by Midas/Civil, it calculates the structure deformati- on value and stress at each construction stage, provides theoretical basis for bridge constr- uction control, so that we can compare and analysis the structure error in construction pro- cess promptly. In the mean while, based on the grey system theory, we can predict girder deflection changes, make sure elevation of each segment to guide the construction smoot- hly and complete the bridge construction control.At last it achieved good effect on construction control of this bridge, so it explains th- at the construction control method is feasible and effective, therefore, it may provide cert- ain reference value for the similar bridge construction control. |
