In order to make the internal force and position of PC continuous rigid frame bridge as much as possible accord with the design, the accurate and reasonable linear control has to be applied in bridge construction. Setting the bridge camber is the most vital problem in linear control of the bridge. The theory for the linear control of the bridge and the method of predicting the camber is briefly introduced, and the application of grey forest model in predicting the camber is researched. A novel model is proposed by modifying the background value and closed mean of the original model based on the grey forest theory. Then, through the comparative study of data, its predicting precision is verified. Finally, a certain large PC continuous rigid frame bridge is seen an example, and the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL is used to establish the rigid frame model. In the model, the original data is the theoretical design value of the camber from seventieth to seventy-third point to the construction measurements ratio, and it is taken into the novel forest model. Afterwards, compare the next camber value with the measurements. The study results show that the improved grey forest model can meet the demand of the construction precise in predicting the bridge camber, and it also can guide the bridge linear construction.
