Application Research On Scenery Design Of New Wentang Village In Pingshan County

This thesis is meant to find, by research on scenery scheme of New Wentang Village, a way applicable to designing of the new village, for the purpose that a beautiful, pleasant and livable village can be built up in light of the local conditions and taking full advantage of its unique resource. This thesis discusses the fundamental meaning of new village construction and its basic idea; explore the possible scenery design scheme for Wentang new village in Pingshan County; analyses plannings and designs; discusses how the whole auxiliary facility relates to the scenery design. The final conclusion is that only by suiting measures to the local conditions as well as paying respect to the historical and cultural legacy and the living habits of its villagers can the design be accepted by and useful for the villagers. Based on the above ideas, cultural feature as Bath in historical legacy as Emperor Han Wu's Searching for the Thermal Spring on the White Deer and the Thermal Spring with Peach Blossoms have been taken into account in the scenery design, and by utilizing the landscaping and Scenery-borrowing technique oriented in Chinese classical garden designs, the artificial views, the surrounding natural view and cultural environment have fully employed, integrating with the inner residential area. Regional culture being adsorbed in the scenery design creates a national cultural village of the new century. For flowers and trees, plant fit for natural ecology of the local area has been chosen, so that there can be blossoming flowers for threes seasons and greens all year long. At the same time, rural scenery of the countryside should be made good use of, and views outside the residential area, such as boundless stretch of wheat land and that of rape flowers are both beautiful views which can be borrowed. The artificial and natural views can be ingeniously combined and this can be a creative idea for scenery designing of the new village. For design of the house, the first floor has been built as a garage, taking into account the fact that plenty villagers still live mostly on farming currently and need room for storing of farming instrument, while it can also be used for car parking. All the above ideas are meant to create an estate most fitful for living of Wentang villagers, promoting an overall development of the city and the countryside and realizing sooner merging of the two into an organic whole.
