Study On The Planning And Design Of Residential Construction Of Abandoned Old Villages

In recent years,due to the accelerated development of the social environment in our country.People not only want to achieve material satisfaction,but also pursue to enrich their own spiritual and cultural life,so the rural tourism industry has been developed rapidly.And under the strategic goal of vigorously promoting the new socialist countryside,rural construction has also begun to develop in an all-round way.In this context,the related accommodation industry is also emerging in endlessly.However,it also has a bad impact,on the one hand,because of the incomplete management policies and other factors,the residential accommodation market is uneven;On the other hand,people from all walks of life pay attention to the protection of culture and traditional village residential buildings,so that the construction should be carried out in the effective protection of traditional village residential buildings.In this paper,through collation and research,the development of accommodation at home and abroad is analyzed.To discuss the construction of residential accommodation in the current social situation,so that the residential buildings in traditional villages can be integrated with the architectural space of new residential accommodation through systematic protection and reuse and transformation,so as to achieve a more effective way.High feasibility of residential transformation and construction mode.This paper is divided into five chapters through the summary,the contents are as follows: the first chapter is a general description of the theoretical literature,through the analysis and collation of the research status at home and abroad,Summarize the current successful case experience to pave the way for the subsequent residential architectural design practice.The second chapter is the theoretical research on rural accommodation,which provides a theoretical basis for the specific design practice by expounding the related concepts such as rural accommodation and related theoretical research.The third chapter is the natural situation and cultural analysis of Zhouzhi old county,focusing on the local historical and cultural basis and strong customs,to provide cultural theoretical support for the specific design of the following.The fourth chapter is the Zhou to the old county town resident planning and design research.According to the previous research results,through the analysis of the site and the combination of culture,the overall design is located and analyzed.And from the architectural form design,historical and cultural inheritance and expression,environmental landscape construction to specify these three levels.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.Through the above research to summarize the full text,and finally discuss the shortcomings of this paper.
