The development of smart grid draws more attention because so many existing problems in using energy today . In the demand and response program of the smart grid, it stresses that the users take an active part in the management of the grid. So it can provide a new method to reduce the tensive supply of power. For the power consumer, the air-conditioning system, a high-power electric equipment, becomes an obstruction for fulfillment of the supply of electric power and separating the summit of the use of electric power. Along with the slather of air-condition, the contradiction of the supply and demand of the electric power become sharper and sharper. Especially in summer, the supply of power intensifies in peak time. Increasing investment in electricity production isn't a wise method to solve the problem of insufficient power supply, which was not exist before, or it just wastes a lot of resource and costing. So a proper way to make rational use of the limited electric power should be proposed. To solve this problem, this thesis builds an environment parameter response space for the fulfillment of comfort requirement of human according to the functional and operating characteristics. This paper discusses the method and process of the air-condition fulfilling the requirement of the electric power. And for the user's side of the split air-conditioning system, it discusses the method to separate the summit of the use of electric power. The details are as follow:â‘ According to the current studies of human thermal comfort, the thermal comfort equation was used to find out the requirements of human thermal comfort parameter adjustment space under the office building environment in summer. The thesis also analyzed the influence of the environmental parameters on the human thermal comfort.â‘¡Based on parameter adjustment space and through calculating the air-conditioned cooling load in office building room, the thesis analyzed the change in air-conditioned room and the amount of cooling load according the change of environment parameter settings. Combining the calculation and analysis results of air-conditioned buildings'cooling load, the adjustment of the demand for air conditioning systems and the exist of space of energy saving operation of air-conditioning systems are tested and verified. The adjustment was proposed to meet the requirements of comfort cooling load of the air-condition and the method to achieve demand response.â‘¢Based on the heat transfer model in air-conditioned room and through the cooling and return temperature curve analysis, the air conditioning system is allowed to stop on the condition of meeting the requirements of human comfort conditions. And then load peak shifting algorithm process for air conditioning systems was confirmed and it was verified by simulation .
