Portable power also called digital generators, it has many characteristics, such as flexible, portable, etc, and it is used in communications, outdoor work and many other fields. At present, the market of Portable power is dominated by the developed countries. Therefore, the study of portable power which has the independence-knowledge-property right not only has a lot of theory meaning, and also has the high program application value.Portable power mainly consists of two parts. One is rectifier power system part, the other is inverter system. Its main function is to convert the three-phase wide-voltage wide-frequency AC power which is output through the intermediate frequency generator to the DC power. If using traditional phase-controlled rectifier, there will be some difficulties, when designing synchronous circuits, calculating phase-shift angle, etc.This article introduces three-level DC-DC converter into Portable power, the rectifier DC output stability for the next phase inverter power transformation, electrical equipment for AC power ready. By studying the three-level DC-DC converter, the paper used to determine the top-level rectifier is uncontrolled rectifier plus three-level Buck. By studying the inverter technology, the paper used to determine main circuit of inverter single-phase full-bridge inverter with open-loop double-frequency unipolar SPWM. Finally,it is determined the design scheme of the main circuit and control circuit. In order to validate the feasibility of selected scheme and the correctness of control method, in order to optimize the system parameters of capacitance and inductance. The Matlab/Simulink simulation modes of portable power are established by author. The conditions (including input voltage amplitude and frequency of large-scale change, load change, etc.) are simulatedThe software and hardware design of the whole inverter power system is completed. The hardware design contains: 1) the system's main circuit design, including the rectifier and inverter; 2) the system control circuit, driving circuit design, sampling circuit design, voltage power circuit design and other related auxiliary circuits. The software design contains: software of the whole system, producing PWM wave of three-level DC converter and interruption program, producing SPWM wave of inverter and interruption program, etc. At last, the author develops an experimental device of Portable power. During the experiment, the drive signal, voltage capacitor voltage, and output voltage waveform is measured. Experimental results show the correctness of this design and feasibility.
