In this essay, the characteristics of traditional production management and system of XX Industry Corporation are analyzed. Then improved model of lean production management is proposed and improvements of lean production management to solve these existing problems are completed. By adding the material code in the basic data, the borrowed parts can be managed in the main planning instead of each planning. This improves the efficiency of the lean production management system.â‘¢The implementation essentials of lean production management, documents of lean production management system and plans of system implementation are developed carefully. These ensure the implementation of the system smoothly.At present, the system has been put into operation. The plan made by the system is accurate, complete and linked closely to the production.
