Infill walls as a nonstructural component, is widespread used in the modern building structures. The influence of the frame structure from infill walls, is often neglected. In structural design, it is not enough to give attention to the influence of the frame structure from infill walls. The codes only reduced the natural periods of the structure. For studying the influence of the frame structure from infill walls,the methods for how to simplify the infill walls should be found. Main research work in this thesis is summarized as follows:1, The simplified model of the infill walls raised by the predecessors were summarized and analyzed. Combining with actual situation, five kinds of reasonable fill walls simplified model was selected preliminary.2, Predecessors made many researches about the material constitutive model of infill walls. It is summarized in this thesis. One constitutive model suit to summarize infill wall in overall structure was elected eventually.3, Consulting the literatures about tests of frames structures with infill walls was used to analyze the effect of mechanical properties of the frames structures from infill walls. A reasonable simplified model was elected by simulating the frames structures with fill walls on OpenSees platform and contrasting with the experimental data.4, Using the selected simplified model of infill walls to decorate walls to frame structures designed according to the new seismic code. Through analyzing nonlinear dynamic response of 8 different calculation models of space framework decorated with walls under seism, the plastic hinge distribution rule and the influence of seismic response characteristics of space framework from infill walls were obtained.This paper mainly studies the vertical irregular distribution of the infill walls. The results show that the reaction and damage of the structure under seism mainly concentrated in soft storey. Especially the pillars of the soft storey, very serious damage and failure found extremely easy. Therefore, in the structural design, decorating infill walls in the vertical irregular should be avoided. For decorating infill walls in the plane irregular, analysis shows that, the stiffness distribution of the structure is uneven and makes structure prone to torsion effect, the farther away from the wall of the more serious hinge the pillars occur. Therefore the plane randomly distribution of infill walls also should be avoided.
