In modern cities, the water-environment which has been hardened is still not improved, even though the environmental engineering and scientific technology has been greatly developed. Be confronted with crisis of water resources in modern cities, wetlands which are constructed by human being has become one of the ways to resolve the problem. It means humans protect or construct wetland park in city, that in this park can do things as water purification, water conservation, Conservation of biological diversity and people can also do activities of popular science, education and leisure. Wetland plants is an essential components of ecosystem, no matter how it be constructed. Wetland plants provide habitat and food sources for waterfowl, insects, and microorganisms, so they are the basis and the core of wetland ecosystem. Therefore, how to make use of wetland plants effectively, make the most of ecological and landscape benefits, has become an important issue for the design of urban wetland Park.This paper focuses on the urban wetland park to study, combing through the theory and on-site investigation, analyze the theory and techniques in urban wetland park landscape design, take Xi-xi National Wetland Park and Shang-hai Beach Wetland Park as examples, do a series of theoretical studies of urban wetland park on landscape restoration and construction of plants. On the other hand, this research combines the theoretical results with the status of National Wetland Park of Chan-ba, proposes a method of Urban Wetland Park landscape design, habitat restoration and community, to provide a theoretical basis and basis in time for the future construction of Urban Wetland Park. The main contents and results, including: (1)Take Xi-xi National Wetland Park and Shang-hai Beach Wetland Park as examples, through field investigation and collation of interrelated basic data, obtain result of differences between the two types of wetland park, do the minimum intervention to the wetland plants which the quality of existing wetlands is better, by the investigation in the original plant situation and cultural landscape, through the weight-bearing plants, ecological measures such as split bucket to achieve conservation and restoration of the water beside wetlands, landscape, animals and plant resources; for the original wetland site with poor quality or which doesn't has a Forming wetland landscape site, we need to make the function of wetland plants clear at first, create a good bio-environment of wetland plants. Water purification and ecosystem stability is the priority in plant species selection and planting to determine the prerequisite requirements.(2)Refer to the result of the research on urban wetland park plant landscape design, the paper take the real project I participate in——Plant Landscape Planning And Design Of Chan-ba National Wetland Park as a case to study, to explore methods of Urban Wetland Park design with regional characteristics: Bases on the collection of the data of the Bahe river wetland plants and investigation of the existing plants in the site, combines the design ideas and requirements of Chan-ba National Wetland Park, proposes two types of plant community pattern, artificial vegetation and native plant; according to the need of plant growth and the requires in the live in seclusion of the animals and microorganisms, the research proposes concrete request in bio-environment construction, and combines different plant to their bio-environment , create a stable wetland ecosystems.
