| Control valve is one of the key equipments in control system, which play an important role in automatic control of modern factory.According to different system, it has corresponding regulate quality. Generally speaking, the research on the control valve is practically confined to its structural performance. However, for different type of valve, the system character is disparate, as well as the inner structure, which is quite complex, so it is hard to master the operating characteristic of the control valve. From the Angle of the system, the character analysis and research of control valve are carried out, using the method of simulation, which have important theoretical significance and practical value.on the basis of some smelt factory steam general pipe system,the mathematical models of the control valve and the pipe were performed through analysis based on the theory of the hydrodynamics.Then the simulation models were built using the two-phase simulation tool JTopmeret of GSE simulation software.Further more,secondary exploitation was made in allusion to simulation technology,namely,models were built manually using Compaq Visual Fortran language,by which the precision of the models of the control valve and the pipe were elevated.the character curve and the aberration of the control valve were received through analysis of the simulation modeling and the tests.Comparing with the theoretical calculate,availability and reliability of the simulated design were validated by using GSE simulation software.Through the study and the analysis of the flow character aberration of the control valve,aberration is obvious when the pressure difference of the control valve is small in the system.So,the influence of aberration on the flow character must be considered when control valve was designed and selected.Lastly,rational design scheme of type selection was made through simulation test and analysis in allusion to different design schemes.
