The structure with a truss transfer is a kind of vertically irregular and complicated so that there is few actual structures and experiments. Although it have clear-channel capability, structure and construction are complex.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis for domestic and foreign scholars,this article did further research of the mechanical properties of the high-rise building with truss transfer story.This paper has introduced the basic concepts and design principles of truss transfer story building structure. According to a project, the article establishing three-dimensional finite element model by SAP2000 for the structure with five layers at bottom and ten layers on the upper and the truss transfer story. The analysis results showed that setting truss transfer story, the structure performance correspond with criterion; In addition to low order vibration mode for the main control factors, high order vibration mode also made a greater contribution for the earthquake action of structure. So we cannot ignore it.Summarized and analyzed the architectural structure with a truss transfer story and a structure with a SRC transfer. The analysis results shows that the total displacement and displacement between floors of truss transfer story are bigger than a structure with a SRC transfer.It has other advantages, for example, In truss transfer story, the mutations of displacement between floors, moment and shear are bigger than beam conversion.This paper also discussed the differences performance of the cycle and vibration mode,the layer drift and inter-layer drift angle,the shear and layer shear when put the truss transfer story at different story.Results shows that the change of truss transfer story height has few efficient for the cycle and vibration mode.As height changed of truss transfer story, the displacement of truss transfer story is smaller than pure structure, and the layer drift of truss transfer story is the smallest. Namely, the higher the truss transfer layer is, the more severe the inter-layer drift angle changes. And the higher the truss transfer layer is, the bigger the total shear.In the background of practical engineering, For several common truss transfer layer form, respectively, single vierendeel truss, laminate vierendeel truss, mixed vierendeel truss and oblique truss. Sets them at the same story, and analyzed the performance. The result shows that the mixed vierendeel truss and the oblique truss from truss transfer layer, the layer displacement started have the decreased trend significantly, and nearing the truss transfer story the layer drift mutation bigger. And under the same loads, oblique truss has the smallest layer displacement. At last, the mixed vierendeel truss has the biggest shear, and the oblique truss has the smallest.
