Rolling In operation, the processing and assembly accuracy and other factors, theunpredictable friction torque. A rolling bearing mounted in a mechanical system, thefriction torque due to the presence, will directly affect the mechanical efficiency andlife of the system. However, due to the importance of rolling bearings in a mechanicalsystem, this paper attempts to study from the perspective of measuring the frictiontorque, and to find work to reduce or control the process of bearing friction methods.The main contents of this paper are: in the system of a rolling bearing frictiontorque causes, compared to their domestic measurement basis of the principles andmethods, the proposed rolling bearing friction torque measuring device overall design,this device is discussed in detail mechanical structure constitutes analyzed and controlsystem software and hardware components. On this basis, the use of finite elementsimulation technology for computer simulation of its measurement solutions.Research work of this paper, for the detection of rolling bearing friction torquedata, forecasts bearing life, has some significance.
