Hydraulic drive technology involved in all aspects of our lives, it used in various industries, with the rapid development of hydraulic technology in a wide range of industrial fields of application, more and more people have been recognized and accepted by the hydraulic system for its good stability and reliability of the control, it obtained using in a large area of metallurgical. However, as an important part of the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system performance is the most direct, the most deadly parameter, hydraulic components will lead directly to the merits of performance of stability and reliability in the hydraulic system operation, therefore, the hydraulic components detection performance is very important.At present, China is still very limited in this field of research, just to stay in a certain type of hydraulic components or some components of certain types of performance tests, not all features are able to test, and the type of hydraulic components on the market in traditional testing platform can’t meet the needs test of all hydraulic components, so you can test the various features designed to set all the hydraulic components, hydraulic components integrated test platform is particularly urgent. With the rapid development of computer hardware and software technology in recent years, the emergence of virtual instrument technology, makes a variety of detection accuracy of the system has been greatly improved, but also to enhance the efficiency of detection, on this regard, reflecting the inherent advantages of the virtual instrument particularly evident. So here’s a bold hydraulic drive technology, hydraulic testing technology, virtual instrument technology combined hydraulic design of a comprehensive experimental test system can be used to test the performance characteristics of all hydraulic components.Before the design of this system, It has been carried out for all the hydraulic components a lot of research, investigation, analysis, the performance characteristics of various hydraulic components have also been tested, design work began only after this test system performance hydraulic components.The system of the host computer is with the help of LABVIEW software environment designed to complete the design process, this piece of software modular, hierarchical, high efficiency characteristics have been well represented, and add fuzzy-PID control algorithm performed simulation results idea; while this feature in the test data has brought great convenience to the latter operator and hydraulic component test system with data acquisition, storage, generate reports, and other functions, provides a good safeguard to researchers the theoretical basis and practical guidance.After the completion of the final test system design, through several tests to obtain data show that:The system is a fully functional system, high precision, simple operation test, for a variety of people, fully meet the original intention of the design of the system...
