The hydraulic control system is widely applied to many industries of the gross national product, which is recognized with fast response, low and stable operating features. With the development of microelectronic technology, intelligent control technology and computer technology, the hydraulic control system has a rapid development. The working features of hydraulic system are needed in modern industrial control system, which includes response speed and high precision work. Single traditional control is not effective on the new control environment and control objects. And intelligent control provides the theoretical basis and method to the complex of hydraulic control system. Interdisciplinary, multiple technologies integrated application becomes popular in modern time.In the industrial system, a pressure control system is completely finished in the setting rules, which is made of intelligent control theory, computer data acquisition and communication in the features of the hydraulic system. The level of industrial control and data acquisition is enhanced with the rapid development of virtual instruments. Data acquisition system in virtual instruments becomes more and more important in the data acquisition system. In order to finish the control of hydraulic system, the hydraulic device control system is made of virtual instrumentation, fuzzy control technology in the water pressure system. The design with the requirements of industrial control technology includes hydraulic cylinder operation control, data acquisition system. For goal of stable operational control of effects and friendly humanized interface, all of design is finished in LabVIEW, which is virtual instrument development platform software with graphical information flow programming framework.Combining with virtual instruments and fuzzy control technology to achieve stable pressure system, this topic analyzes the hydraulic test device control process, establishes the fuzzy control model, and finishes simulation of the pressure environment. The control design contains pressure supply control and pressurization system control of double-cylinder. In the data acquisition system, the parts of high-speed data acquisition, digital filtering and the output of control parameter are designed, in which the data include the pressure and position switch, solenoid valve action, etc. At last, all the effects of hydraulic test device control system are programmed in virtual instrument software. According to the actual requirements of the hydraulic control system, the system is designed mainly includes the following parts.(1) Determining the control object of the system by the analysis to hydraulic test equipment and establishing a fuzzy controller for the system to control the pressure system pressurizing, guarantee the pressure of the pressure tank internal stability.(2) In order to achieve real-time control, establishing rapid data acquisition system for enabling real-time data acquisition, and Data Process is finished by digital filtering technique.(3) Designing the host computer software program in the virtual instrument software to control the system.
