High speed railway is the main development direction of the railway construction inour country, and the inadequate dynamic response test on high speed railway tracksubgrade has seriously restricted the development of high-speed railway. So study theimprovement on track subgrade dynamic response test technology has importanttheoretical significance and practical value. In order to simulate the dynamic and staticloads impose on the high speed railway track subgrade by trains better and provide aneffective tool for the study of the dynamic stability of high-speed railway subgrade, thethesis develops a electro-hydraulic servo vibration exciter, at the same time, organizes thecorresponding experimental control and data acquisition software. Through the simulationtest, we validate the effectiveness and reliability of the test system.The designed vibration exciter uses the domestic servo valve with flow and pressuretype, to form the force control, according to the index test technology, make the design onthe hydraulic circuit of excitation system. The thesis mainly launches the research onexciting system from two aspects: one is the rationality on theoretical analysis of thepressure valve and flow valve design; second is to select the appropriate control strategyfor the vibration system, which can make the system achieve high load and high frequencyoutput. To realize the vibration system abilities such as following performance, highfrequency response and strong anti-interference using reasonable control strategy. Thethesis makes use of the Simulink to simulate the system. First, put forward the fuzzyparameters self-tuning PID control and Bang-Bang controller in parallel to control thesystem, can rapidly setting large deviation. Considering the shortcoming of fuzzy controlis complicated and anti-jamming not strong, the system introduce robust controller.Compared with the other controller, robust control has advantage of good followingperformance, simple structure, and no intervention.Finally, according to the selection of the excitation system of hydraulic cylinder andthe servo valve, set the excitation system test platform, using LabVIEW software to makeup the experimental test platform, realizing the real-time signal of the computer system tothe excitation system occurrence,response, real-time control, signal storage and analysis.Using the LabVIEW test platform validate the robust controller design of excitationsystem is reasonable, laid the foundation for the research and development of hydraulicvibration system, and provide the scientific basis for the next step application research.
