At present, central heating is still the major method of winter heating in the north of China, which exists serious heat waste problems, and causes some additional effects such as unnecessary consumption of resources, excessively environmental pollution. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the design concept of flow regulation in end temperature intelligent control system of a household using electric flow valve, the application of intelligent temperature controller in household heating system can solve the heat waste problems in north of China. Using the temperature controller, user can set temperature control program according to the requirement in the home, not only ensure the temperature comfortable living environment, but also can save heating energy. Specialized households end temperature controller testing system can carry out testing operation and analysis of controller before products leave the factory.This paper firstly introduced the development status of the heating temperature controllers, on this basis, technological requirements, basic structure and functions of the household end temperature controllers were introduced; In this paper, STC12C5A60S2microcontroller was selected as the controller CPU to complete hardware circuit design of serial port module, clock module, memory module, the temperature sensor module, the actuator module, and2.4inch TFT touch screen was selected as the controller man-machine interface; According to the technological requirements of controller, software programming of the main program, the serial communication program, display stored program, touch keys, PID algorithm program was completed. On this basis, controller PCB was designed and product prototype was produced, and force control configuration software was used to develop the monitoring and controlling system for heating controller. The functions of the controller were tested in laboratory, the results proved that the controller basically met the technological requirements and the PID control algorithm was accurate in this system application.
