In recent years, China has strongly advocated to establish the social philosophy of "resource-saving and environment-friendly", which has caused that utilizing intelligent temperature controller for the home heating system has been adopted more and more in northern China. But in the course of using, the production quality and the performance of the controller products are good or bad. which will directly affect the rate of the utilization efficiency of resources and economic interests of the users. Therefore, In order to meet the needs of producing heaps of intelligent temperature controller, the factory must be rigorously tested against control effects and aging performance of the controller, so as to ensure that the performance indicators can meet the domestic and international technical standards and technologies requirements. Most conventional temperature controller test system is simple, single function, mainly in manual and semi-automatic testing methods based test, low test efficiency, and it is difficult to ensure the quality of their testing. In the process of upgrading and transformation in today’s enterprise, the urgent need to develop a test pattern is clear, easy to operate and can test the temperature controller automatic test system for data analysis, for comprehensive detection of intelligent temperature controller in mass production, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of intelligent temperature controller at work.This paper analyzes The development status of temperature controller and The basic concept of test system controller, and the hardware structure and function of temperature controller, test type, test methods and test objectives were studied. Then, the overall design of its proposed automatic test system, including system requirements analysis, system configuration, and software programming hardware and other content, there are three main work areas:1. Proposed intelligent household temperature controller automatic test system overall design, including system configuration, test system, consisting of hardware and software;2. Proposed intelligent household temperature controller automatic test system hardware design and implementation of programs, mainly includes hardware interface circuit and the design and implementation of the various subsystems;3. Design and development of intelligent household temperature controller with automatic test system interface communication software and PC software.In order to validate the developed household temperature controller with intelligent automatic test system feasibility, this paper constructed a simulation in the laboratory heating environment, The actual test and Analysis on has the completely independent intellectual property rights of the household intelligent temperature controller that we have developed. The results show that the test system can be random pattern testing and outline test before leaving the factory in accordance with the needs of the user at any time period. Test data analysis also showed that the household temperature controller intelligent automatic test system can fully meet the test requirements of household intelligent temperature controller to achieve the desired effect.
