Distribution network is the most distal part of the entire power system,connect directly with the user,and is the key part of ensuring power quality、improving the efficiency of the power grid and innovativing customer service.Any fault or disturbance of power quality all affects the normal power supply of users. And distribution network structure is complex and variable, and the entire grid system is the most prone to failure of the link, according to statistics distribution network failure more than90%of the total network failure, greatly affected the reliability and quality of power supply system. With the development of automation equipment and communications technology, the emergence of new technologies as well as protection and control of power quality requirements increase, to self-healing is characterized by smart distribution grid distribution network is the future development trend Therefore, the study of intelligent self-healing distribution network control technology to reduce the number of power outages and failures caused by power out ages, improve reliability, is necessary.For the future of smart distribution network for the development of reliability increasing demand for smart distribution grid self-healing techniques were studied Advantages and disadvantages of distributed intelligent coordinated control method, and analyzes the corresponding methods-centralized control, distributed control and centralized intelligence:First the existing distribution network self-healing to summarize, there are three methods to achieve self-healing control. For lOkV aerial ring network, through a large number of theoretical analysis and multiple-site practical research, studies based on self-healing and wide-area monitoring system protection and control technology, EPON passive open communication systems and distributed intelligence, with a focus-the distribution smart way to achieve self-healing coordinated control control, design a set for rapid fault lOkV overhead lines healing ring network control system solutions, through the analysis of information to achieve fault overcurrent protection and substation outlet cooperating fast fault isolation, power recovery and other functions.
