Down through recent years, with the advent of increasing number of traffic flow in China, the construction of high-speed railway is imperative to develop rapidly. Recently, our China is constructing high-speed railway in large-scale. In order to keep safe and traveling comfort, the high-speed railway has to have the stamp of ride comfort and stability. Except for the favorable material of railway, the reasonable structure size and excellent manufacturing technology, the high-precision in paving the railway is the key point to conduct the comfort and stability. CPâ…¢ section horizontal control network is the control criteria for paving the ballast less track and operation and maintenance, which is a quite important technology support.In this paper, according to some net form and observation method, precision index of field observation instrument, precision assessment of horizontal control network,, as well as balancing method of CPIII and on the base of disposing of existing data and comprehension, a new method of CPIII section horizontal control network is proposed, and the mathematic model of this method is deduced. In response to this method, the VB.NET and Visual Sstudio2008are applied in this model. Through procedure code, the solving of this mathematic model and the measured existing derivation data are analyzed successfully.Based on Jinghu high-speed railway construction and the existing issues of balancing software, the research is conducted through following several aspects:(1) In response to the characteristics of CPâ…¢ section horizontal control network and the actual situation of the construction site, the connection measuring is discussed about the field work. According to the instrument precision index of CPâ…¢ section horizontal control network, the point precision and adjacent point precision in CPâ…¢ section horizontal control network are assessed.(2) The outline coordinate and several balancing method are deduced, introducing the relative mathematic model and precision assessing formula in this method and solving balancing software of CPIII DAS (3)In relative to the deficiency of the existing data balancing software, a new CPIII data balancing method is proposed and the mathematic model of this method is deduced, thus ensuring the weight value in baseline vector. In combination VB.NET with the platform of Visual Sstudio2008, through procedure code, the solving of this mathematic model and data balancing and precision analyzing of Jinghu high-speed railway are done successfully. The results are compared with normal balancing method, so the advantageous conclusion is gained.
