Tap water is the lifeblood of a city, with the rapid development of economy, urban residents’ needs of drinking water requirement is increasing day by day. As the producter of tap water, water plant, whicn should improve water purification process, control water turbidity index, let residents use’FangXinShui’is the premise to guarantee people’s health. Coagulant dosage process is a important link surface water treatment, it is also a complex physical and chemical reaction process. According to parameters on the changing of source water quality, water plant should be reasonable to control o-phenylenediamine of coagulation sedimentation process, realize the intelligent drug deliveryof tap water production,and achieve the goals of low cost, low turbidity and high quality.Tap water system of coagulant dosage is a large delay, strong coupling and interference factors of nonlinear system. Based on a system of coagulant dosage of water plant in kunming, yunnan province as the research background, analysis of surface water in waterworks processing, technological process and parameter index according to a large number of production data. Analysis of source water and water turbidity, liquid aluminum and other influence factors of water treatment was done to get the relationship between system of coagulant dosage and the influence factors. System identification method is used for short-term forecasting water turbidity. On the basis of soared experimental data, respectively by using least square method to establish the transfer function model of the process of coagulant dosage. At the same time, important branch of intelligent control, fuzzy control technology was introduced into the frequency conversion control of dosing pump. Analysis of shortcomings of traditional PID control algorithm, a fuzzy PID controller was designed to provide a effective method for controlling the factory of waterworks water turbidity.For problems of tap water system of coagulant dosage, Matlab was used to realize the system modele, monitoring and control system was designed based on Siemens PLC and WinCC configuration software.Analysis of the waterworks system of coagulant dosage and the research of advanced control strategies were used to explore suitable scheme of water treatment control for coagulant dosage ofkunming. This scheme improves the real-time control system,and the realization of the best coagulant dosage control can reduce liquid poly aluminum supply, production cost. It plays a big role in promoting water quality.
