Application Of Fine Management In Quality Control Of Engineering Project

With the rapid development of economy and improvement of life level, people in China show much stronger demands for life room and environmental quality. Thus, people have more requirements for the quality of architectures they live in, and construction companies pay more attentions to quality control of engineering projects in project management. To get a fine and sound quality, it is necessary for construction companies to bring about a change from extensive management to intensive management, which, as an advanced concept and method, is widely acknowledged by more and more company managers.This thesis firstly introduces the thought of intensive management into quality control of engineering projects, and analyzes present status and problems existing in quality control of engineering projects in Chinese construction companies. Then, it expounds theories and methods about quality control, as well as concepts, basic principles and approaches of intensive management. Later, focusing on controllable factors as personnel, management and technology, it makes a discussion on detailed contents and methods of intensive management implemented in quality control of engineering projects.Finally, combining with a real engineering case of the complex building of the Department of Land and Resources of Guangxi, this thesis does a case study on the application of intensive management in quality control of construction engineering projects and makes an evaluation for its implementation effects. In all, it aims to offer references about quality control of engineering projects for other construction companies.
