Research On The Application Of Refined Management In Quality Control Of Engineering Construction Stage

Based on the government’s forward-looking planning,the development of the construction industry is at a critical stage of transformation from scale competition to quality competition.At present,the traditional extensive construction quality control model has been unable to meet the needs of social development and meet the needs of people for high-quality life,refined management is the trend of future development.In the construction quality control,it is necessary to apply refined management to guide the transformation of enterprises to high-quality development.The entity quality building products is determined by the construction quality.In the construction process,the use of refined management to control the quality of engineering construction can effectively improve the quality of building products.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of refined management and engineering quality management at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the basic theory of construction quality control and the related concepts of refined management,and expounds the association between refined management and construction quality.Then based on the questionnaire survey,this paper expounds the shortcomings and causes of enterprises in the construction quality control at the present stage.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the factors of man,machine,material,method and environment that affect the construction quality,and 20 influence indexes and corresponding weights are obtained.After that,focusing on the shortcomings in the current construction quality control,from the perspective of refined management,the applicable process control methods,management priorities and required technical means are analyzed.Then,based on the refined management principle of ’comprehensive,whole process,full participation ’ and the need of construction quality control at the present stage,the fine construction quality control system is established,the application process and management measures of refined management in construction quality control are put forward,and the evaluation model of the implementation effect of refined management is established.Taking a residential project as the research object,from the perspective of refined management,combined with BIM technology,4M1 E management method and PDCA quality cycle method,the problems of lack of pre-control,formalization of in-process inspection,difficulty in information exchange and incomplete management of quality influencing factors in current construction quality control are solved.Based on the application effect and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of refined management in the quality control of project construction stage,it shows that the application of refined management in the quality control of construction stage can effectively improve the construction quality and improve the quality management efficiency of the project.Based on the refined management,this paper innovates the construction quality control system and provides a new idea for the quality control in the construction stage.
