But in the study, establishment and implement of quality management system still stay at theory stage, whether there is a conflict of theory and practical implementation failed to further study because of the complexity of process monitoring.On the improvement of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate effect. The weight of each affecting factor in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation should be further analyzed to determine the accurate weight of each factor to ensure the accuracy of the improving effect evaluation.
