Study On Progress Control Of Engineering Construction

With the development of China’s economic construction, construction engineering projects how to effectively manage construction projects to make it able to adapt to scientific development, in line with national environmental protection, urban planning, as well as people’s lives, which is a major concern of the state and the people. With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, it will be a major concern of the state and the people that the more effective construction engineering project is important, which can maintain the livelihood of the people, can unify and standard the city planning, can make full use of our natural resources and recycle materials.At present, the Ministry of Construction promulgated the Administrative Measures on construction projects and other similar projects. Around the specific circumstances, the local government made specific provisions on various aspects of the project for the construction project. Effectively carry out the work of planning application for authorization, timely completion of the construction project pre-construction procedures, and successfully get a construction permit is to ensure timely completion of an important part of construction projects.At present, the Ministry of Construction has issued the management regulations for the construction projects. At the same time, the local governments have established the more detailed provisions by combining with the specific local conditions, which can carry out the effective project application, and timely completion of construction prophase application formalities. Obtaining construction licenses successfully is to ensure the completion of key construction projects on time.This paper describes the analysis of the use of project management work breakdown structure, critical path method, network diagrams, and other methods in the construction of planning application for authorization order hours, reported that construction phase of the work to sort out summary, creating a3W model and used in concrete work.The thesis creats the3W model by analyzing and comparing the various problems in the early stage of construction project, on the base of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)、Critical Path Method (CPM) and Network Diagram Method in the projuect management.3W model created in this article, by the specific work of planning application for authorization stage is divided into three areas:design, bidding, plan approval work, work breakdown, resource allocation, project schedule, come to the project critical path. The concrete work in construction stage in the3W model is divided into three aspects:design, bidding, drawing work content, work breakdown, resource allocation, project schedule, the project critical path.Not only improve the work of planning application for authorization efficiency to shorten the time of the entire construction project, but also more efficient use of limited resources of enterprises to control the cost of the entire project.The use of the3W model will improve the efficiency of the construction, shorten the time of project and make full use of limited resources in order to control the cost of project.
