The trajectory correction projectile is one of the projectiles, which can detect the ballistic parameters in the process of flying. It can correct the ballistic by using control and action machanisim to improve the precision of firing efficiently.A new suit of damping mechanism is designed based on the model of some certain grenade in this paper, and it can turn this kind grenade into one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile. Work of this paper has been done as follows:Firstly, aiming at the existing disadvantages of current one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile mechanism openly, correction projectile mechanism has been improved in this paper. A new oar-type damping mechanism is designed, which chooses power pin-pusher device as the actuator, and the 3D modle has been set up. by Pro/E software, even the operating principle is presented in details. Secondly, the strength of correction mechanism has been simulation calculated by mechanics theory, also ANSYS Workbench has been used to regulate the interior lauching strength, even damping mechanism has been calculated by ANSYS software specially, all those applies a reference for the whole design of damping mechanism. Thirdly, projectile flight theory is applied to check the flight stability of the design project. Lastly, on the basis of analyzing disadvantages of fitting effect of the 43 Resistance Law, which is simulated by Logistic curve, a new method for fitting by using Cubic B-spline curve has been proposed in this paper. Air resistence coefficient curve of the trajectory correction projectile has been fitted by using Cubic B-spline curve, and also air resistence coefficient of the designed mechanism is fitted by using Cubic B-spline curve.The above result indicates that the designed damping mechanism owns strongly sthength, reliability, and Cubic B-spline curve has been used to fit air resistence coefficient in this paper owns better fitting effect, all these can become an important reference for research and development of one-dimensional trajectory correction projectiles.
