| Suspended bullet, as a new air defense weapon concerned by more and more countries. Suspended bullet using its own pneumatic devices, drive the rotor to rotate and making the bullet suspended in the air. The main purpose of this paper is to design a bullet pneumatic suspension device. and study its driving characteristics. Pneumatic devices require a maximum size of 60mm diameter, height of 60mm, and its performance requires a working time long as 15s, the maximum lifting force is ION.In this paper, I’ve designed a structure of the pneumatic device program. Pneumatic device is mainly consisted of a gas generator and the driving body. The gas generator provides high-pressure gas for the driver. The driver generates a drive torque by the high pressure gas. By studying the pneumatic device design factors,on this basis, two kinds of pneumatic device structure can be designed.:same diameter elbow pneumatic devices(referred to as "device â… "); Laval nozzle pneumatic devices (referred to as "device â…¡").Pneumatic Actuation body flow field Finite Element Analysis. Respectively doing flow field simulation on both the driver pneumatic devices. Learn temperature gas flow conditions in the drive body. Change the drive structure parameters, analysis the impact of structural parameters of the drive torque.Combined study, calculate the efficiency of drive pneumatic devices. The pneumatic devices will be used in the suspension bullet in the end, to determine the structural parameters of pneumatic devices and establish computational model of Suspension bullet. According to the initial working conditions of pneumatic device, computing solutions can be divided into four ways. Calculation analysis shows:Drive efficiency of device â… is superior to the efficiency of device â…¡. The higher speed bullet initial suspension, the more beneficial bullet suspension. When the driving body outlet angle β with the horizontal axis. The driver not only produces driving torque but also generate a downward thrust. Rotor work in the acceleration phase and stable phase, the lift of suspension bullet has improved.When the angle β=30°, the maximum diameter of device â…¡ is 60mm,the height is 42mm.on the basis of meeting long time to work, provided a lift of 10.23N, meet the design requirements. |
