With the rapid development of digital information technology and network technology, embedded system has been widely used in scientific research, engineering design, military technology, all kinds of industrial, commercial culture, art and people’s daily life and so on and it plays a great role. In the information age, embedded products has obtained the huge development opportunity and embedded market shows a bright future. In the embedded technology, it has great significance to research further. In this paper, an embedded control system was designed, this system can carry on the real-time monitor to the temperature and humidity conditions of the computer room, and the air-condition can be controlled in the long distance.The system is divided into two parts which are slave and host computers. The slave computer uses the embedded ARM controller. The system is low power consumption, convenient and practical, not only it can control the operating status of the computer room air conditioning well, but also it can sent the information data to the host computer. The host computer includes a user’s mobile phone and the user’s PC machine, he can through the application of software to control of the slave computer system. The whole system can through the Ethernet, WiFi,4G network transmit data. It realize control system networkedEmbedded hardware system comprises processor module, control module, network communication module, display module and Bluetooth temperature and humidity sensor. The system adopts Exynos 4412 chip processor; the external control module realizes air-condition basic control; network module realizes the system networked; display module realizes human-computer interaction; the Bluetooth temperature and humidity sensor using CC2541 as the control chip connected with the sensor, measure the room’s temperature and humidity. In the software, ARM controller uses Android system base on linux. The CC2541 firmware based on TI BLE protocol stack development PC machine APP uses VS and SQL development, mobile phone’s APP uses the Android development.Fuzzy algorithm based on Genetic optimization is used as the control algorithm of the control system. When there is a difference between the temperature value and setting value, using SPWM frequency modulation technique for air-condition frequency adjustment, thus, the temperature value of the room will reduce to the setting value. Through simulation software simulate, the results show that the algorithm can realize accurate control of temperature of computer room.
