With the development of the electric servo technology, the application of ball screw pair is more and more widely in the aerospace vehicle electric servo control system because of its superior linear transmission characteristics. Because the ball screw under loading condition is more complex in the servo control system, therefore, to carry out research on ball screw load simulation and performance test is very necessary. This topic has designed a set of ball screw pair servo load testing system, which can realize servo load and test its function, can simulate loading environment under the condition of spaceflight and test the efficiency and stiffness etc of the ball screw.First of all, this article through the analysis of the load testing related research at home and abroad, choose the electric loading way; Determine the overall scheme of ball screw pair of loading system, including system structure, working principle, test content, and the choice of key components; Analyses the causes of surplus torque, and puts forward a method to reduce the surplus torque, and a brief introduction to the system hardware and software scheme.Secondly, based on the system overall scheme, this paper completed the structure design of the test-bed and the key components of the structure of the plan has carried on the contrastive analysis, to determine the optimal structure, and the finite element analysis was carried out on the key components.Finally, according to the general scheme, the paper carried out the detailed design in hardware and software of control and test. According to the experimental requirements, this paper chose the LabVIEW software and data acquisition card and PLC hardware implementation of acquisition and control, completed the structural design of the control system circuit design, signal transmission system design and control cabinet design, and on this basis to build the whole system hardware platform. This paper completed the LabVIEW and PLC software programming, including signal acquisition, processing and operation and PID control method to realize, realized the ball screws load simulation and performance test.
