The measuring principle of the comprehensive error detection of the ball screw's pitch is expounded in this paper. Basing on the above principle, we develops a system design of the controlling and measuring part of 3 meter dynamic measuring instrument.The principle of the controlling and measuring part is described in brief, which is the base of error analysis and error compensation, and then the temperature test is described in detail.In addition, the sources of the instrument's error are analyzed with the emphasis. And a part of them is compensated by some feasible method. Finally, data acquisition, error calculus and error compensation are carried out by means of optimizing program designing, which prepare for the subsequent analysis adequately and reliably. |
