With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the ball screw pair is used more and more widely in the engineering. There are many problems in the load limit, accelerating ability and service life of ball screw. At present, the high performance ball screw pair test instrument is developed to solve these problems, which through a large number of research on ball screw pair by universities and research institutions at home and abroad. Multi parameter and high precision ball screw pair testing instrument can test the transmission precision, loading capacity, acceleration ability and friction torque of ball screw pair.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of other kinds of test rig, the ball screw loading test-bed is designed,the combination of industrial computer and virtual instrument technology scheme design, of ball screw deputy to the rated static load, rated dynamic load, efficiency and running test. It is easy to find and analyze the problems in the process of manufacturing the ball screw pair in the future by using the test data stored in the database to analyze the stability of the ball screw pair, so as to improve the manufacturing level of the ball screw pair. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter, introduces the ball screw vice loading test bench research significance and background, through the domestic and foreign research results to compare their advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the perfect development of ball screw loading test bench for the technical requirements and to achieve the function.The second chapter, the functions of the ball screw loading test bench are put forward, the test requirement is introducted in detail,and the ball screw loading test bench total design scheme is proposed according to the function and test requirements, which pave the way for the later work.The third chapter, according to the requirements of test to formulate test machine and design the overall program, respectively of the experiment of ball screw clamping device design, linear guide rails and a worktable design were detail. Finally, the test-bed of hydraulic system design and the working principle for the detailed mechanical design for test and lay a good foundation.The chapter four, it is proposed the overall scheme of the control system firstly, and then to the core of the test-bed electrical components has carried on the detailed description, including the function of the controller, the terminal board each interface, servo motor and all kinds of sensor selection and design of control system to ensure the realization of the function of the test each.The fifth chapter, the paper introduces the software selection and design method firstly, and then according to the subject test requirements of each module design of software are described in detail, finally the test to achieve the functional verification test is carried out. The design of software system is an important part of the development of the whole test bench.It includes three functions which are the ball screw rated static test, dynamic load test rated load test load tests and efficiency be realized in this paper.
