In this paper, a research has been made on a new revolving chamber automatic mechanism. Based on the application of dynamics simulation software, recoil characteristics of the new automatic mechanism have been carried on the analysis and research. This paper mainly completed the following work:Put forward assumptions and establish the new automatic mechanism’s solving model under different conditions. To calculate the interior ballistic equations through the Matlab software, get the internal ballistic parameters during changing with the time. The new automatic three-dimensional entity model is established and the important components of related to the structure and working principle. Using multi-rigid-body dynamics theory, to be established the dynamic model in the ADAMS simulation software. Setting reasonable simulation parameters and carrying on the dynamic simulation can get the movement process of main performance curve and a large amount of data. By comparing the different conditions’characters can get the optimal solution to reduce the recoil. Finally, analyse recoil characteristics of the new automatic mechanism under different radio frequencies and sat different characteristic analysis on the premise of the optimal solution. Compares the two cases of recoil velocity, recoil displacement and change law under different radio frequencies.In this paper, research methods and research results of revolving chamber automatic mechanism have certain reference value in reducing recoil features.
