The battlefield of the future will be digitized, which are charactered withautonomous, informationized, intelligentalized. the traditional artillery technique couldn'tmeet the requirement of the field the artillery technique is in process of beingdigitized. This paper is based on the traditional value type recoil counterrecoil mechanism.By improving the traditional value type recoil counterrecoil mechanism. realized thecontrol of counterrecoil system to be digitized.The main research and conclusion of this paper can be summarized as following: Byanalysed the structure and the principle of the traditional value type recoil counterrecoilmechanism, put forward the improved schemes, and included the ameliorated scheme ofthe frame and the control frame. Researched on the positive problem of the improved valuetype recoil counterrecoil mechanism. included studying out the recoil brake diagram. Madecertain the structures and all pamameters of recoil mechanism, such as baffling curveh-t. then built the mathimatics models of recoil mechanism with MATLAB/Simulink.According to the mechanics structure, calculated the parameters of electromotor for nextsimulation step, such as power, torque, rotate speed and so on, and established the type ofthe electromotor. Using Mat lab's Simpowersystem and Simulink module, some simulationmodules, such as Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine and it's drive system, pushingsystem's control module was designed. Additional, Based on the control system's scheme,established the design of the hardware circuit and the software of control. Finally,simulated the procedure By uniting the mathematic model of recoil mechanism and PMSMcontrol model. And validated the feasibility of the scheme.
