This thesis designed a cam automatic mechanism with launching the grenade and the Armor-Piercing based on a national funded project.It includes the principle study of cam automatic mechanism,the design and analysis of the key parts,the analysis of dynamic characteristics for automatic mechanism.Firstly,the principle of cam automatic mechanism has been analyzed,and the motion of the automatic mechanism is realized by the cam as the basic component.As for dynamic analysis,the mathematical models of interior ballistic with grenade and Armor-Piercing is established and the internal ballistic curve is obtained by programming.Secondly,the drive system of automation is designed.And the system mainly includes the design process of the cam,the analysis of silent chain about the instantaneous transmission ratio,the impact load and the transversal variation,the principle of intermittent mechanism,to check the strength of the bolt.The FORC buffer is used in the new automatic machine,moreover,the parameters of the buffer and the stiffness of the disc spring is detailed design.Finally,the simulation software to analyze the dynamic characteristic of automatic mechanism is used,which includes the characteristic of the key components,the recoil displacement,the recoil velocity and the recoil resistance.The effect of the quality,pressure of the gas and the angles are also studied for future analysis of the recoil characteristic.Furthermore,the strength of the bolt,the receiver,the cam's roller pin and the feed sprocket are checked by the finite element method,and the components meet the strength requirements by analyzing the stress cloud and the maximum deformation.The new automatic mechanism designed in this thesis enriches the types of cam automatic mechanism in China.Meanwhile,the research methods,research contents and conclusions of this paper have certain reference value for the subsequent improvement of the new automatic machine.
