Permanent magnet synchronous motor applications do not need field current and operating power density and efficiency are high, so has been widely applied in the field of industrial, household appliances, etc.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor control application of the past, usually need a feedback sensor to detect the rotor speed and position.This new sensor scheme not only increases the system development, the production cost but also make the system reliability and stability of the reduced.So, cancel the application scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor sensor research gradually hot.The design of the system is aimed at the above requirements.System chosen IRMCF34 l chip was developed by the international rectifier company, a motor control chip, its internal integration not only based on 8051 kernel controller is equipped with sensorless control algorithm of MCE controller.Application of DRV8301 integrated driver chip is TI company design a motor driver chip, the chip provides PWM wave to control the output, and equipped with protection, over temperature protection, over voltage protection, protection dead zone time, over-current protection, and other functions.PM20CSJ060 power drive module integrates six IGBT, attachment to greatly reduce the system complexity and failure rate. At the same time adopts TMS320 type of TI company DSP processor as PC control system, through CAN bus control of communication with the controllerThis design design based on the TMS320 PC controller design, and implements the keyboard input and LCD display and CAN bus communication function;Completed based on IRMCF34 l and DRV8301 lower machine servo control system design;Establishing the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor without sensing control algorithm and software applications within IRMCF34 l modeling;And to set up the experimental platform for test, and analyze the waveform.
