Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,low loss,high efficiency and power density etc,so PMSM has been applied widely in many applications because of above merits.Therefore the research on the key technology of PMSM control system has certain theoretical and practical economic significance.Algorithm of field-oriented control(FOC)and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)and its realization,including hardware and software designs.Hardware including:front-end protection,rectification and its filtering,voltage monitoring of power supply,IGBT selection and its driver circuit.Software including: instruction decoding,locating of the initial position of rotator,starting-up using square-wave and its switch.The emphases of this part are: over current protection,current-sampling by shunt resistances,low-cost angle and speed solution using Hall sensor.According to the requirements for the speed response curve without overshoot and output stability,apply particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to modify parameters of PI controller,specifically define a suitable fitness evaluation function to realize the search of non-overshoot PI parameters.Aiming to solve the problem that the pre-selected constant matrixes can't precisely describe process noise and measurement noise of PMSM control system,a new sensor-less control algorithm of PMSM system based on fuzzy EKF is proposed.Calculate residual error of current and its variance matrix,compute eigenvalues of residual error matrix and new message matrix,let the modulus of eigenvalues subtract,the results are set as two inputs of controller,then design fuzzy controller to realize variable process and measurement noise control.In this dissertation,the above key technologies are tested and simulated.The experimental results show that the motor control system achieves good control effect,and achieves the expected purpose.
